"The one thing that stands out about this anthology is that no two stories are the same. Yes, they are horror, but each one brings in a new tasty scary delight. Triskaideka Books has done an amazing job of bringing all this talent into one anthology. There is no anthology out such as this and one that needs to be on everyone’s bookshelf at one time or another. Jumping into this world of darkness only brings forward the most compelling and interesting tales seen in a long time. It is worth the read and worth keeping for years to come" ~ Shells Walter, Sonar4

I had the PDF version but got my paperback copy today and could't be happier.
This is the collection of original short fiction every lover of horror must
experience. Sixteen stories from people who know how to get under your skin and
make you shiver, with phenomenal cover art that couldn't be a more ideal fit
with the book.
From the eerie and melancholy, to run - screaming carnage, each of these
stories will stick in your brain and nag at you in your everyday life. You’ll
jump at random little noises and see things out of the corner of your eye that
make you walk a little faster or turn on an extra light. This is what great
horror should do and these authors deliver with enough twists, surprises and
even humor to keep your heart rate up and the pages turning. More than worth
the price, I may need a few more copies to share with friends!

The Masters of Horror anthology contains a number of published and unpublished
writers that know their horror. One of the stories deals with vampires and a
certain writer of same fiction in a way I've never had the guts to do and I
laughed so hard I work my wife up in the middle of the night. Mixing gore with
terror (and the occasional humorous scene) the stories are entertaining and
breath of fresh air to a genre that is now too filled with zombies and other
tired tropes. This collection is underpriced by far and if you got a hankerin'
for some good horror, you can't go wrong.
